Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a free trial?

Yes! First-time subscribers get a 14-day free trial on Professional and Enterprise plans. Your card is collected at signup but won't be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial with no charge.

What happens when I reach my plan limits?

On the Starter plan, you're limited to 10 leads, 5 quotes per month, and 1 team member. You'll be notified when approaching these limits. To add more, simply upgrade to Professional or Enterprise—your data is preserved and limits increase immediately.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Absolutely! You can change plans anytime from Company Settings → Manage Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period so you keep access to paid features until then.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from Company Settings. By default, you'll keep access until the end of your billing period, then be moved to the free Starter plan. Changed your mind? You can reactivate before the period ends. All your data is preserved.

What features are included in each plan?

Starter (Free): Basic lead and quote management for solo tradies getting started. Professional: Unlimited leads & quotes, team collaboration for up to 5 members, and booking management. Enterprise: Everything in Professional plus unlimited team members, advanced analytics, and priority support.

Can I manage multiple companies?

Yes! You can create and switch between multiple companies from your dashboard. Each company has its own subscription, team members, leads, quotes, and bookings—completely separate and secure.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment partner Stripe. All payments are processed with bank-level encryption.

What happens if my payment fails?

We'll notify you immediately and retry the payment. You'll have a grace period to update your payment method in Company Settings → Manage Billing. If payment isn't resolved, your account will be moved to the Starter plan, but your data is never deleted.
