Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a free trial?

Yes. First-time subscribers get a 14-day free trial on paid plans. Your card is collected at signup but won't be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial with no charge.

What happens when I reach my plan limits?

On the Starter plan, you're limited to 25 customers, 10 quotes per month, 10 invoices per month, 1 team members. You'll be notified when approaching these limits. To add more, simply upgrade to a paid plan. Your data is preserved and the new limits apply immediately.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Absolutely! You can change plans anytime from Company Settings -> Manage Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period so you keep access to paid features until then.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from Company Settings. By default, you'll keep access until the end of your billing period, then move to the free Starter plan. Changed your mind? You can reactivate before the period ends. All your data is preserved.

Can I manage multiple companies?

Yes! You can create and switch between multiple companies from your dashboard. Each company has its own subscription, team members, customers, quotes, and bookings, completely separate and secure.

Do paid plans include AI agent access?

Paid plans include API access, and AI agent access is available as a controlled beta for eligible companies. Admins create scoped credentials, keep secrets out of public frontends, and can revoke access when an agent no longer needs it.

What payment methods do you accept?

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Supported payment methods depend on your region and Stripe's checkout flow for your account.

What happens if my payment fails?

We'll notify you immediately and retry the payment. You'll have a grace period to update your payment method in Company Settings -> Manage Billing. If payment isn't resolved, your account may be moved to the free Starter plan, but your data is never deleted.
