On the Starter plan, you're limited to 25 leads, 10 quotes per month, 1 team members. You'll be notified when approaching these limits. To add more, simply upgrade to a paid plan. Your data is preserved and the new limits apply immediately.
Absolutely! You can change plans anytime from Company Settings → Manage Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period so you keep access to paid features until then.
You can cancel anytime from Company Settings. By default, you'll keep access until the end of your billing period, then move to the free Starter plan. Changed your mind? You can reactivate before the period ends. All your data is preserved.
Yes! You can create and switch between multiple companies from your dashboard. Each company has its own subscription, team members, leads, quotes, and bookings—completely separate and secure.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Supported payment methods depend on your region and Stripe's checkout flow for your account.
We'll notify you immediately and retry the payment. You'll have a grace period to update your payment method in Company Settings → Manage Billing. If payment isn't resolved, your account may be moved to the free Starter plan, but your data is never deleted.
